Long Bio

When Heidi Catherine was a child, she asked her mother what would happen if a widow remarried, only to one day find herself in heaven with two husbands. Her quick-thinking mother told her that in heaven there's no jealousy, only pure love. Heidi thought about this over the years, with this seed of thought unexpectedly flourishing into her novel, The Soulweaver. This novel went on to win Romance Writers of Australia's Emerald Pro award and was released by Crooked Cat Books. The Truthseeker is the followup novel and will be released on 19 March 2018.

After being named as a highly commended author in The Hope Prize, Heidi's story, The Extra Piece, was published by Simon & Schuster in a collection of stories about disadvantage in our community. She has also been a finalist in Romance Writers of Australia’s Little Gems competition for the past four consecutive years.
